Can I add exercises that are not currently in the database?

Currently, we do not have this feature available. The only exercises you’ll be able to add to your custom programs or swap out for exercise alternatives are exercises that are currently within our database.

If you would like to do some exercises that are not in the database and still track the information, the next best route would be to utilize the “notes” function feature for exercises, and to note down the exercise performed and corresponding sets, weights and reps. Do note, though, that this will not automatically appear the following week with recommendations on how to progress the exercise.
