You can head to your profile section in the app and click “workout programs.”
You will then click on “get a new program” and it will ask for your equipment access, desired split, workout duration, etc.
If you scroll all the way down, you will then see “muscle focus” and you will be able to choose which muscle group you want to target.
Once you’ve made your selection, you can click “create workout program,” and it will generate a new workout program for you to follow and switch over.
For prioritizing a specific muscle group, the workout program will be geared towards increasing the overall volume with that specific muscle group. So while you may not see more exercises themselves, over time there will be a progression in workout volume, so just trust the process!
