You’ll go to your nutrition tab and in your food diary, go to the previous day from which you'd like to copy the food or meal. Next to each of the meals, you’ll see both a plus button and next to that a copy feature.
Click on the copy feature and it’ll take you to the next page with all the ingredients that you can alter or delete items (swipe left) if need be. You can also change the meal that it would add to.
Once you’re finished, you can click “Log Items” at the bottom of the screen, and it will automatically log and add it to your existing day.
