You’ll first visit your profile tab at the top right-hand corner and then click on “workout programs”.
You will then click on “build program from scratch”.
From here, you’ll have a screen that allows you to add workouts on each corresponding day.
You will want to label the workout correspondingly, and then start adding the exercises you’d like for that workout.
You can see that for each exercise addition, you can search by the exercise name itself or the muscle groups. Note that you will only be able to add exercises that are currently within our database.
Once you add an exercise, you can customize the amount of sets and rep range that you’d like.
Once you are done, you can click the back arrow to take you to the screen with the workout overview and repeat this step for all the other exercises you’d like to add to the corresponding days. Don’t forget to click “save” at the top right-hand corner to save your program.
You will then see it within your workout programs. You can also go back and edit the workout program by clicking the three dots next to the corresponding program and “edit”.
