Your calorie targets are initially calculated based on your input data, such as weight, body fat percentage, activity levels, and fitness goals. These targets serve as a starting point for your nutrition journey and over time, our algorithm will adjust gradually based on your data and become more and more precise.
However, if you’d still like to adjust your calorie targets, you can manually override them in the app by heading to your profile and clicking on “override nutrition targets”.
From there, you can manually adjust the calorie recommendations on the app, and then let the app algorithm takeover for future adjustments.
