How do I properly track my workouts?

When you are completing a particular exercise, you’ll notice that there are different sections that you can edit: notes, weight, reps, and effort.

For the notes section, you can write anything that you find relevant for this particular exercise or session. For example, if you didn’t sleep well the night before, you could write “I did not sleep well last night, so the exercises felt more challenging today.”

For the weight section, you will want to indicate the weight that you used for that particular set. If it’s the same across all the sets, you can write the same weight. This number might change from set to set if you started out with too challenging or not challenging enough weight.

For the reps section, you’ll want to indicate how many reps you completed both fully and with proper form. Note that this number might change from set to set.

The effort score indicates how easy that particular set was. Follow the prompts for the effort level and choose the appropriate score.

In order to fully complete your workout, you have to complete all exercises within your workout.
