The rest timer will be set to a minimum amount of time depending on the exercise. It will automatically start after you input your weight, reps, and effort level.
You can add or subtract more rest if necessary or even stop the rest timer if need be. We don’t recommend subtracting any rest from the minimum rest time that has already been set, as rest is necessary for you to recover properly from set to set.
For supersets, you will rest 1 minute in between each exercise before you go into the next one.
