Your workouts should on average take around 60-75 minutes including your warmup. It may be slightly shorter or slightly longer depending on how “social” you are at the gym, and it will also vary based on the workout routine you choose in phase 2.
If you choose a 3-day per week routine, the workouts will be on the longer side since you’re doing fewer workouts per week. If you choose a 4-day or 5-day per week routine, the workouts will be slightly shorter.
