Before you are able to enter your calories, you will need to complete your first check-in with your diet coach, Coach Alice. You can find this on your main dashboard screen.
Follow the prompts to check-in with Coach Alice! You won’t be able to enter your calories until the next day, but when you have reached this point, you can enter your calories by going to your dashboard.
You can add your bodyweight onto the app by clicking on the "morning weigh-in" button on your main dashboard.
