# Should I eat back the calories I burn from exercise?

You should never eat back the calories you burn from exercise because your activity has already been accounted for within the initial app recommendations given to you by Coach Alice.

If you do play a strenuous sport or exercise more than what Coach Alice originally predicted, she will change her recommendations over time by giving you more calories. As long as you are inputting accurate calorie information and body weight data, Coach Alice will refine her recommendations.
