# How can I track cardio sessions in the app?

This is currently a feature that we do not have integrated within the app. You are able to track your steps and also connect your health data within the app.

However, your suggested target calories and macros from Coach Alice already factor in your activity levels into the recommendations. This is also why you should never eat back the calories that you burn from exercise.
