# How do I adjust my workout schedule or move my workout to a different day?

You’ll want to visit your dashboard onto the main homepage. You can then hold down on and drag your workout and rest days to your preferred days of the week.

Do note that it will indicate a scheduling conflict if you do schedule certain workouts with similar muscle groups back-to-back, so take that into consideration as you are arranging your workout calendar.
