How many protein shakes or servings of protein powder can I have daily?

We recommend getting as much of your protein intake via whole food as possible because consuming actual food contributes to satiety, as well as providing other vitamins and minerals into your day.

However, protein powder can be an easy & viable option to include within your day. We recommend no more than 3 servings daily, but, ideally, keeping it to less than 2 servings per day.
