# What happens If I forget to log a meal?

You can go back to the day where you forgot to log and follow the **[same steps](https://help.builtwithscience.com/en/how-do-i-log-my-food?hsLang=en)** as you would if you were logging for the current day.

To go back to the day that you forgot to log, go to your nutrition tab, and at the very top of the screen where it shows the date of logging, use the back arrow to go back to the date where you need to log food.
