# Why can’t I log into my account?

If you have already logged into your account and potentially forgot your password, you can click the “forgot my password” button on the account login screen.

If you have not logged into your account yet, please check your email (titled: “You've Signed Up For The BWS App, Now What?”) for the initial account login details, and ensure that you’ve checked your spam folder.
