How do I transfer my 2.0 workout information to the app?

At the moment, there is no direct integration to move all of your 2.0 workout program data onto the app. 

What you can do is for similar exercises that are in your program on your app that were in your 2.0 program, you can look back at your last exercise session and continue to progress as you had planned for. As you input data into your workouts on the app, week after week it will give you recommendations for how to progress the exercise based on your weight, reps, and effort level that you inputted the previous week.
